باستخدامك لموقع Zetaxel وإتمام أي طلب، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

طبيعة المنتجات

جميع المنتجات المعروضة هي منتجات رقمية (أنظمة أتمتة، مشاريع SaaS بالكود المصدري، كتب إلكترونية، صور وأصول رقمية، دورات تدريبية) تُسلَّم إلكترونياً.
الأسعار المعروضة بالدولار الأمريكي (USD) وقابلة للتحديث دون إشعار مسبق، وتُحتسب بالسعر وقت تأكيد الطلب.

شراء أي مشروع SaaS يمنحك ترخيص استخدام لمشروع واحد فقط، ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك كتابياً.
يُمنع إعادة بيع أو توزيع الكود المصدري أو الأنظمة الجاهزة كما هي كمنتج مستقل دون إذن كتابي من Zetaxel.
يمكنك تخصيص المنتج وبناء عملك عليه، لكن حقوق الكود الأساسي تبقى محفوظة لـ Zetaxel.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الاستخدام الصحيح والآمن للأنظمة والملفات بعد التسليم.

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم نشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة.

By using the Zetaxel website and placing any order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All listed products are digital (automation systems, SaaS projects with source code, e-books, digital assets, training courses) delivered electronically.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be updated without prior notice; you're charged the price shown when the order is confirmed.

Order details and payment are confirmed via WhatsApp or the site's checkout form.
Accurate contact details (phone, email) must be provided to ensure delivery without delay.

Purchasing a SaaS project grants a single-project usage license unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reselling or redistributing the source code or ready-made systems as a standalone product without Zetaxel's written consent is prohibited.
You may customize the product and build your business on it, but the underlying code rights remain with Zetaxel.

The customer is responsible for the correct and safe use of systems and files after delivery.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; any update will be posted on this page.
